Why is my account not upgraded to VIP after a successful payment via Apple


1. It may be that your payment is being processed. Please enter the APP payment page again after receiving the receipt. The system will re-verify your payment upon entering.

2. Please confirm whether the account you are logging in is the account you upgraded VIP. APEUni now has three login methods: email, Apple ID, and WeChat. The accounts created by the three methods are different accounts. Please confirm whether the account you are logging in is your upgraded a VIP account!

If that doesn't solve your problem, please email our suport at support@apeuni.com with a screenshot of your payment receipt sent by Apple.

You normally receive this payment receipt from Apple by email within an hour of purchase. After Apple has confirmed receiving your funds. We will need that to verify.
