Why is my account not upgraded to VIP after a successful payment via Google


Please wait for 5 minutes and enter the payment page in the APP again. The system will re-verify your payment upon entering. 

If that doesn't solve your problem, please email our support at support@apeuni.com with a screenshot of your payment receipt sent by Google.

You normally receive this payment receipt from Google by email within an hour of purchase, after Google has confirmed receiving your funds. We will need that to verify.
